3 week update to diet

In my last blog post I started a new diet and exercise plan:

45″ waist
14″ Right Biceps
14″ Left Biceps
25″ Right Thigh
25″ Left Thigh

So that is where I was at three weeks ago, since then my scales have run out of batteries. But my new measurements are:

42.5″ waist

23″ Right/Left Thighs

14″ Right/Left Biceps

So 6.5″ inches total from my various circumferences. I’m pretty happy with that though I don’t know if that is good or bad.
